This Saturday afternoon Aedín marks the opening of the new Disney Pixar feature Coco, and interviews director Lee Unkrich and producer by Darla K. Anderson. Set in Mexico, Coco features a wonderfully authentic score by Michael Giacchino. Despite his family’s baffling generations-old ban on music, young Miguel dreams of becoming an accomplished musician like his idol, Ernesto de la Cruz and sets off on an extraordinary journey to unlock the real story behind his family history
Aedín brings us to several cities through film soundtracks this afternoon - Oklahoma, Munich, New York and Paris. Music from two Ang Lee films; Life of Pi and Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon and hit songs too from The King and I, Sunset Boulevard, The Sound of Music and Guys and Dolls.
