Classical Kids

We'll celebrate Beethoven's birthday today, we'll go ice-skating and hear about a famous snowman and some dancing snowflakes.

Sunday October 15th, 10am

The American composer Aaron Copland was born in New York city but loved the sound of the Wild West. On Sunday we'll hear music he wrote for some ballet-dancing cowboys, and hear songs including I Bought Me a Cat and Ching a Ring Chaw. We'll also hear music from some of our favourite stories including Aladdin and The Pied Piper.
