Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 3 egg yolks
  • 100 gr caster sugar
  • 250 gr mascarpone
  • 15/20 savoiardi
  • 300 ml espresso coffee
  • Dark cocoa powder

Method

  1. Put together the eggs & the sugar into a bowl
  2. Whip until the cream Is firm & bright
  3. Add the mascarpone
  4. Whip until the cream is firm
  5. Take a tray & start to build your Tiramisù
  6. Soak the savoiardi one by one into the coffee for 2/3 seconds & put on the tray until you cover all
  7. Pour 1/2 of the cream over the savoiardi
  8. Sprinkle with the cocoa powder all over, then repeat for the second later.
  9. Let rest in the fridge 8hrs
