Ingredients

Serves 1-2 |Takes 5 mins

  • 150g raspberries (or mixed berries)
  • 1 sliced peach
  • 150ml of vitamin-rich oat drink
  • 1 scoop protein of choice (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 45g oats

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients into a high speed blender and whizz until smooth.
  2. Add ice cubes for extra refreshment if you really need to cool down
