• 1 banana
  • 1 90g oats
  • 2 tbsp maple honey
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter (For anyone with nut allergies, simply replace the peanut butter with an extra banana)
  • handful of chocolate chips
  • a few chocolate chips when they come out of the oven


  1. Mash banana
  2. Mix in rest of ingredients
  3. Scoop mixture onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper
  4. Bake on 180° for 15 mins
  5. Wait until cooled to eat
  6. These will also keep for 4-5 days if kept in an airtight container once cooled
