  • 45g rolled oats (or steel cut)
  • 120ml low-fat milk - i.e. 1% fat milk  
  • 60g low fat/3% fat  greek style natural yogurt 
  • 70g mixed berries or preferred fruit (fresh or frozen)    
  • 1 tablespoon chopped nuts
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon    
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla    
  • 2 teaspoons honey


  1. Mix ingredients in a bowl or tupperware container
  2. Cover with clingfilm or lid
  3. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight before eating to soften oats
  4. Store up to 6 days or freeze in containers for later consumption 
  5. Thaw frozen containers overnight in the refrigerate or in the microwave for 1- 2 minutes
