Ingredients

  • 2 slices wholemeal toast
  • 1 egg
  • 25ml low fat milk
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ tablespoon honey
  • ½ tablespoon butter

Method


  1. In a bowl, mix the eggs, milk, cinnamon
  2.  

  3. Place butter in pan and heat until softened
  4.  

  5. Dip bread in egg mixture on both sides until well soaked
  6.  

  7. Now place on pan and cook on both sides until golden
  8.  
  9. Top with honey
