This week Molly Makes a super simple smoothie! With just one step and four ingredients, it doesn't get easier than this.


  • 200g of frozen berries
  • 1 large banana
  • 100mls of natural yoghurt
  • 80-100mls of milk


  1. Pop all of the ingredients into a blender
  2. Give it a whizz until smooth!
