This week Molly Makes super speedy pitta pizzas!

Ingredients

  • 1 Pitta per person
  • Passata
  • Oregano
  • Mozzarella

Toppings:

  • Sweetcorn
  • Chorizo
  • Mushroom

Method

  1. Toast pitta for one minute.
  2. Carefully pierce pitta to let steam out - careful hot!
  3. Cut pitta in half.
  4. Cover each side in a tablespoon or two of passata.
  5. Sprinkle over a little oregano
  6. Tear up mozzarella and put it on top with your choice of toppings.
  7. Put under the grill for a few minutes or until cheese in bubbling! - careful grill will be hot!
  8. Serve with some salad.
