Watch Molly as she prepares fantastic flapjacks.
- 225g butter
- 85g caster sugar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 350g porridge oats
- Melt butter, sugar and honey over a low heat.
- Stir in oats.
- Line and butter baking tray
- Pour mixture into tray and press down firmly
- Bake for 20-30 mins at 180 degrees.
- Cut while still warm
- Cool and serve
