Watch Molly as she prepares fantastic flapjacks.


  • 225g butter
  • 85g caster sugar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 350g porridge oats


  1. Melt butter, sugar and honey over a low heat.
  2. Stir in oats.
  3. Line and butter baking tray
  4. Pour mixture into tray and press down firmly
  5. Bake for 20-30 mins at 180 degrees.
  6. Cut while still warm
  7. Cool and serve
