  • 200g tuna, drained
  • 60g lettuce
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 8 slices of cucumber
  • 1 pepper, deseeded and chopped
  • 400g tin of mixed beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 teaspoon of rapeseed oil
  • 2 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 pear, sliced


  1. In a salad bowl add the lettuce, onion, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, pepper, mixed beans, pear and tuna Toss the salad thoroughly!
  2. In a small bowl add the lemon juice, balsamic vinegar and oil. Stir these together.
  3. Add the dressing to the salad and toss until it's covered in the dressing.
