It's the weekend but you don't have to fall off the wagon - this Turkey Club Sandwich from Operation Transformation makes for a tasty but low-cal bite to eat.
- 2 slices wholewheat bread
- 100g turkey
- 30g mixed leaves
- 1 tomato
- 1 tablespoon salad cream
- Spread salad cream evenly onto the two slices of bread.
- Wash and dry tomato and mixed leaves.
- Cut tomato into slices and place on bread followed by the turkey and mixed leaves.
- Top with 2nd slice of bread. Cut the sandwich in two.
