  • 25g fresh mint leaves
  • 200ml Greek style yoghurt, unsweetened
  • 1 clove garlic, grated
  • Squeeze lemon juice
  • Sea salt & freshly ground black pepper

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
  2. Taste for seasoning and serve.
