With a year of virtual award ceremonies behind us, the Oscars are back and primed to bring as much of the old Hollywood glitz and glamour back to our feeds and screens – including the coveted Oscars goodie bag.

A cornerstone of the biggest night in Hollywood, the goodie bags are handed out to the nominees of the night and come with an estimated worth in the six figures range.

Organised by entertainment company Distinctive Assets, the 'Everybody Wins' bags are given to actors in the best actor, best actress, best director, best supporting actor and best supporting actress categories so that no one goes home empty handed. And this year's bags are full of enough treats to cheer up even the sorest loser.

Among the gifts are a a consultation with Dr .Thomas Su, one of the most sought-after plastic surgeons in the city, a four-night stay at Golden Door Spa in California and a three-night getaway to Pater Noster Lighthouse on a Swedish island.

To ensure the rich get richer, nominees will receive investment advice from a venture capitalist, as well as 10 sessions with personal trainer Alexis Seletzky to keep them looking camera and photo ready.

Among the more unusual trinkets are a vape cartridge made of 24 karat gold, GPS tracking devices for your pets, a Peta emergency hammer designed to break animals out of hot cars, and the Postmates Don't Cookbook, which isn't a cookbook at all but a collection of QR codes that allow the users to order any of the meals available on the delivery app.

As for beauty, they have that covered, with hair oil by British M, a bath bomb from Hotsy Totsy Haus and Kanai's turmeric and apricot face scrub, handcrafted by female experts in the Himalayas.

When it comes to fashion, the goodie bags have all bases covered, with sunglasses from Vintage Eyewear, crystal jewellery sets from OMGigi and 100% vegan brand Loci sneakers included in the mix.

The Oscars swag bags always include some top tier nibbles, and this year celebs can munch away on cookies and biscuits from Bahlsen cookies and sip on HFactor hydrogen water.

To keep the party going at home, they'll get a bottle of Tequila Antigua Cruz Añejo Cristalino as well as a limited-edition artist collector's Trust Me Vodka, which comes with 23 karat edible gold flakes.

But we're most excited to learn that Irish company The Naked Collective, founded by Niall Phelan and Catherina Butler, will have one of its beverages included in the goodie bags. The Mude drink, which is low in sugar and isotonie, will be handed out to the thirsty celebs on the night.

And if they partied a little too hard the night before? They'll get at-home vitamin IV infusions.
