Today we will be doing an aerobic work out using a chair. This workout is suitable for all ability types, whether you're a beginner or more advanced.

Aerobic workouts focus on our heart and lungs which improves cardiovascular health. You should feel a little out of breath and have a red face after – all normal responses to exercise. 

Complete each exercise for one minute (make sure you warm-up beforehand with our video from Friday).

Try to repeat the session 2-3 times each day if you can however even if you complete it once that is fantastic – anything is better than nothing and all activity counts.
