We are entering our seventh week of Dancing with the Stars and the competition is heating up! We are absolutely loving every minute of the glitter, fake tan and sequins but how are the stars fairing?

After his very first performance, back in January, Marty Morrissey told us how he was already feeling the effects of his new lifestyle and had lost "nine or ten pounds" thanks to his intensive training regime.

We caught up with the sports presenter and his dance partner Ksenia Zsikhotska after his fourth performance to speak about his new diet and training regime.

"The one big advantage of dancing with Ksenia and training with her during the week is that it's [...] all about focusing and you have to keep doing the practice over and over, with the result that when you socialise - if you know what I mean by socialising, going for lunch - we drink water, we have salads. Fizzy drinks are only allowed on a Sunday.

"It helps, the fact that I'm not driving long distances, in terms of being in the car. This is all changing and I feel a lot better."

"It's only when I went home to West Clare actually, with Ksenia on Friday, that everybody was saying 'God, you're losing [weight]'. You don't think about it."

At this rate, there will be nothing left of him by the final!
