Sisters Aoibhín and Doireann Garrihy have had an incredible year in 2017. While Aoibhín twirled her way to the final of Dancing with the Stars, Doireann grew an incredible following on Snapchat with her celebrity impressions.

We caught up with the sisters in Arnotts to find out exactly who they look up to in their careers. Watch the video above.

"For me, Muireann O'Connell is someone who I would always look at and think she's just brilliant. She works in radio and I'm in radio and do a bit of TV and she seems to do it all.

"I look at social media every day and she's either filling in for Dermot and Dave on Today FM or she's on The Six O'Clock Show and she always just seems to be in flying form and she just keeps going and I think she's brilliant - I aspire to be like her," said Doireann.

While Doireann looks up to an Irish woman in her own field, Aoibhín aspires to be surrounded by like-minded people in her day to day life.

"I have a host of wellness events coming up and the people that we've got on board are people that I really admire likes of Leanne Moore, we've got Síle Seoige.

"You know, Síle has overcome cancer and she's just had a baby and she still seems to be juggling it all."

The two women were celebrated at the Women of the Year Awards earlier last year. While Doireann was awarded 'Personality of the Year', Aoibhín was presented with the 'Entertainment Award' - there's definitely something in those genes!

Over the Christmas holidays, Aoibhín announced that she was expecting a baby with husband John Burke while middle sister Ailbhe Garrihy announced that she was engaged to her partner Ruaidhri Hehir.
