"Tea. I could not survive without tea." Bláthnaid Treacy gives the quintessential Irish answer when asked what keeps her going in her busy day-to-day lifestyle.

We pushed to find out what healthy life hacks the Can't Stop Dancing presenter uses to stay looking so fabulous but she insists that she doesn't use any magic tricks when it comes to staying fit and healthy.

"Always have a good breakfast, so every morning I'll have a big bowl of porridge with loads of berries, honey, almonds, coconut flakes and all that sort of stuff because that's all slow release energy because I'm on my feet all day so I need that kind of food"

When it comes to work, Bláthnaid says she's on her feet all day so it's essential she keeps herself fit and healthy.

The presenter says she makes sure to build muscle at the gym with a personal trainer and sticks to a protein-filled diet of salmon and turkey. However, Bláthnaid is a firm believe in balance.

" I mean I love pizza, I'm not going to lie there's obviously times where you're dying for a takeaway and I'm very partial to the odd green curry."
