Dancing with the Stars host Amanda Byram is famous for her stunning looks and fabulous figure. Amanda has been working in television since 1999 and remained in the public eye across Ireland, the UK and Australia. The presenter famously posed nude for Women's Health and her Instagram is jam-packed with photos of boot camp workouts and super healthy food. So how does she do it?!

"Stress less and train smarter not harder! I think we over do it, we're obsess about it, we try to do more than we can and it actually has a negative effect on our bodies, so chill out a bit more."

Do less in the gym? Sounds good to us! But what about our diets? Amanda says preparation is key.

"Prepare, prepare, prepare. I have shares in Tupperware! I've got Tupperware boxes of every single size. In fact, with me, I've got my nuts and I've got quinoa and I've got salmon and I've got berries because you never know when you're going to get hungry and you don't know what's going to be available!"
