Sweet Rissoles

Try this delicious four-ingredient recipe!


  • 400 g can of corned beef
  • 0.50 cup crushed pineapple (drained)
  • 1 cup mashed sweet potato
  • 1 free range egg


  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix thoroughly.
  3. Roll into decent sized cakes and place onto a paper lined baking tray.
  4. Bake 30-40 minutes or until nicely browned.
  5. Can also do on the BBQ.
