Gin and Tonic Water Ice

Perfect for a party!


  • ¼ bottle of gin
  • ½ bottles of tonic water
  • 250 ml boiling water
  • 200 g caster sugar


  1. Dissolve the caster sugar in the boiling water and add the remainder of the ingredients place into a flat bottomed casserole dish
  2. Freeze for 1-2 hours
  3. Scrape with a fork, place into chilled shot glasses
