- 3 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 1 lemon (thinly sliced)
- juice of 1 lemon
- 3 tblsp olive oil
- 30 g mixed fresh parsley, oregano, sage and rosemary, finely chopped
- 1 tsp fennel seeds
- black pepper and coarsely ground salt, to taste
- Mix all the ingredients in a shallow dish. Add the food and leave to marinate.
