- 1 lemon
- 1 pinch of salt
- 3 eggs (per person)
- Drop a ½ a lemon into a pot of boiling water, add a pinch of sea salt and then add shrimp for about 1 and ½ minutes.
- Pour eggs on to the pan for about 2 minutes and then sprinkle the shrimp on the omelette and fold over.
