- 2 conference pears
- 100 g fresh rocket
- handful of walnuts
- 250 g blue cheese (i used cashel blue)
- hazelnut oil
- Toast the walnuts on a dry frying pan for a couple of minutes.
- Peel pears and chop into bite size pieces.
- Cut cheese into bite size pieces.
- Arrange rocket, pears, toasted walnuts and blue cheese on a plate.
- Drizzle with a few drops of hazelnut oil.
