Following the success of the Tattersalls Pop Up dining experience with Pichet's Stephen Gibson earlier this year, the celebrated country house are now welcoming lucky guests and opening their kitchen door to Ireland's youngest Michelin-starred chef, Bon Appetit's Oliver Dunne, who will host an elite dining experience on Friday the 26 th of April.
Taking place in the intimate surroundings of Tattersalls Country House, in Ratoath, Co. Meath, food enthusiasts will experience the finest cuisine from the head chef of award-winning Malahide restaurant Bon Appetit.
For one night only, Oliver will create a unique menu, exclusive to Tattersalls Country House comprising of a delectable five course menu that will showcase his Michelin-starred talents. Expect the evening to entice your senses and palate and offer a new exciting experience that is fun, intriguing and unique.
Dunne earned his culinary stripes under the likes of Gordon Ramsey and Gary Rhodes in London, as well as a stint in Pied a Terre, under Australian head chef Shane Osborn. After taking over Bon Appetit in 2006, he was quickly awarded his Michelin star within two years. He now runs Le Bon Vin, a cocktail and tapas bar, Le Brasserie (a chic and informal bistro) and Le Restaurant, with it's plush surroundings and Michelin-style dishes, all from the Malahide village location.
Tickets for the Tattersalls event cost €70 per person and places are limited to 100 guests only. In keeping with the style of pop up restaurants guests will bring their own wine on the night. To book your place, call 01 886 4300.
