Make your loved one's Christmas table even more indulgent with a hamper from Avoca, guaranteed to up their post-Christmas dinner snack game. There are a range of hampers on offer, from the Jammy Hamper (€30) to the Bubbles & Chocolate Hamper (€35), or splurge on the Toast of Avoca Hamper (€315), which comes with the Year at Avoca cookbook and some of the store's most popular foodie delights.

The French Market

If you have a gourmand in your midst, impress them with an authentically luxurious hamper from The French Market. Founded in 2004 by Pascal, who worked in French mega-market Carrefour, they stock treats that are difficult to source in Ireland. Choose from red or white wine hampers (€93), but if you really want to impress go for the Prestige Hamper (€210), which includes a range of superb wines, fois gras and condiments.

Shopping local has never been more important or more popular, and the Gourmet Tart Co has taken this fully on board with their #SupportLocal Hamper (€120) filled with coffee, wine, sweet nibbles and chocolates. Proving that hampers can be for everyone, they also offer a non-alcoholic Family Festive Favourites hamper (€70). This year, they're including a ceramic Christmas decoration by Rachel Webb Ceramics in hampers such as their Christmas Eve one (€90, above).

Bean and Goose

One of the most celebrated chocolate producers in Ireland and renowned for their flavour combinations that are as delicious as they are elegant, Bean and Goose have branched out into "sharing bundles" so you can indulge even more. The Cracking Christmas Bundle (€115) is our choice, which includes sumptuous hot chocolate, an assortment of chocolate bars and two sharing slabs and a hammer to smash them!

If you're looking to romance someone, there's no better hamper than one from Chez Emily, the stunning chocolatierie that began with a courtship. Founded by Ferdinand and Helena 24 years ago, their handmade chocolates are genuinely made with love, as are their hampers. Their options include the Christmas Gift Pack (€40), which includes festive-inspired favourites, to the Hamper 3 (€80) which is stuffed with everything from Turkish delight to their own almond florentines.

Fallon & Byrne

Add a little gourmet flavour to your loved one's Christmas larder this year with a hamper from Fallon & Byrne.
