Philip Martin of Blanco Nino shows Neven how to create a delicious Mexican tortilla dish with ingredients that are Irish and GM-free.
Next, our favourite Cavan chef travels to County Kilkenny and the Jerpoint Glass Studio where he gives the art of glass blowing a try so as to make his very own wine glass.
Soon after, Neven heads to County Limerick in search of the best beef sirloin. He meets Chef Angel Pirev of the Mustard Seed Country House Hotel to put him to the challenge.
Finally, Neven ends the series on a delicious note as he prepares his homemade Viennetta ice-cream.
