Edward Hayden attended Taste of Dublin earlier this month, we asked the TV and radio regular for his top BBQ tip for Summer and he definitely delivered. Get ready for your mouth to water.

Edward says the key to any BBQ is to keep things simple and full of flavour.

"Get your chicken breast, maybe put in some lemon, put in a bit of chilli, put in a little bit of oil, make up a really nice salad."

Although Edward says that a BBQ is made to be "meat fest" he suggests pairing your burgers and steaks with one big Summer salad.

"I just do a really big salad with like, rocket and baby gem leaves and then some lovely parmesan and some spring onions some grated carrot and a few pine nuts on the top and just drizzle in a little rapeseed oil - it's just super".
