Entrants must be aged 18 years or older as at date of entry and a resident of the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland in order to qualify as the prize winner.

Holiday must be completed by 14/11/13, no extensions permitted. If the holiday is not completed by 14/11/13, the holiday and all holiday prize elements will be deemed to have been forfeited. Holiday prize for 1 winner includes return economy-class flights for 2 from Dublin to London (airline(s) and airport(s) as specified by the Promoter), 3 nights’ accommodation at the Royal Garden Hotel in Kensington, London (based on 2 sharing a standard room, B&B basis, Promoter reserves the right to substitute alternative hotel of equal star rating for any reason whatsoever) dinner for 2 on 1 evening of the stay in the hotel’s Park Terrace Restaurant (with details as specified by the Promoter, includes a bottle of house wine, ID may be required) and €1,000 spending money.

€1,000 spending money will be paid to the winner by euro cheque (issued to the winner, allow 28 working days for delivery).
Travel insurance and transfers to/from Dublin Airport and in London are not included.
Holiday prize cannot be split, is valid for one travel period only, any holiday prize elements not availed of within the agreed travel dates will be deemed to have been forfeited.
Winner and guest(s) must hold valid appropriate travel insurance (as determined by the Promoter) for the holiday duration and the Promoter may require winner and guest(s) to show evidence of valid appropriate travel insurance prior to travel.

Winner and guest(s) are solely responsible for completing all documentation (electronic or other) required in advance of travel/entry and are solely responsible for paying any associated fees.

Winner and guest(s) are solely responsible for any duty which must be paid on goods purchased abroad upon their return to Ireland.
Any costs incurred additional to the prize package elements listed (e.g. telephone charges, transfers, meals, spa treatments etc.) will be at the winner's own expense.

Any requested and permitted upgrades or changes to the stated holiday prize will be at the winner's own expense.
