Beyonce is being lined up to headline this year's Brit Awards ceremony next month, alongside One Direction and Muse.

Though the reports are unconfirmed at this moment, the Single Ladies singer is set to take to the stage to perform, alongside the likes of Robbie Williams, Emeli Sandé and Mumford and Sons.

If confirmed, it will be her first UK performance since her headline slot at Glastonbury almost two years ago. The singer took a year's break following the gig, giving birth to her first child in early 2012.

Knowles performed at the Brits previously in 2004, taking home the gong for Best International Female on the night as well. Knowles had just left Destiny's Child at the time and was releasing her debut solo single Crazy In Love.

The singer has also re-formed with the female band this year, set to release an album at the end of this month.

Beyonce also has two high profile performances scheduled before The Brit Awards, taking to the stage for US President Barack Obama's second inauguration, as well as performing at the Super Bowl half-time show in New Orleans next month.

Emeli Sandé leads the nominations for this year's ceremony, which will take place in London on February 20th and will be presented by James Corden.
