Kate Bosworth has teamed up with Topshop on a festival-themed fashion collection.

The actress spoke about the partnership at Coachella at the weekend, where she gave fans a preview of the range, wearing a laser-cut suede vest top and micro shorts ensemble which featured scalloped edges.

Bosworth didn't design the clothing line, in the vein of Kate Moss's Topshop collections, however she did offer creative input as part of the brand's summer festival project, reports the Vogue website.

The initiative is described as a "360 degree campaign that involves music, clothes, film, journeys and the attitude and energy of British festivals".

Bosworth said: "The design team and I thought a lot about the festival season, and, particularly with this collection, a lot of it was about the California girl. Obviously the perfect place to wear it was Coachella."
