With award season nearing an end the stars pulled out all of the stops on The Brits red carpet.

Price Tag singer Jessie J turned heads in a plunging black Versace gown with matching Jimmy Choo stilettos. The 24-year-old singer teamed her daring outfit with vintage gold tone hoop earrings from the Susan Caplan collection and a gold tone pyramid ring from the same designer.

We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together singer Taylor Swift also opted for a floor-length black frock. The 23-year-old former flame of Harry Styles, sported a beautiful Elie Saab black number with subtle sheer panelling.

Clown singer Emeli Sande went for a conservative LBD. She complimented her simplistic outfit with a delicate quiff. The 25-year-old singer, who scooped the Best British Female Solo Artist and also won Best Album for her debut, Our Version of Events, opted for minimal make-up and a soft lip shade.

I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here winner Ashley Roberts also followed suit on the black dress trend by sporting a racy see-through frock that showed off plenty of skin. The upper half of her ensemble also left little to the imagine as she donned a strapless leotard which cinched in her tiny waist.

Paloma Faith rocked the red carpet in a cream lace dress adorned by hand-sewn jewels and diamonds. She added another burst of colour to her busy outfit by adding a pop of bright pink lipstick.

Opera singer Katherine Jenkins outitfit was a hot mess. The silk kimono print was beautiful, but the dress was ill-fitted and too baggy for our liking. What did you make of her outfit?
