Life Style Sports, Ireland’s number one destination for running and fitness clothing and footwear, has launched its Men’s Fitness and Running Fitness Campaign – ‘No Excuses, No Regrets!’.

Top running and fitness brands Nike, adidas, Asics and Under Armour are available at all 62 Life Style Sports stores nationwide and the key message to everyone starting to get fit for the new year is - make sure you train in the right clothing & footwear to ensure greater comfort, decrease the chance of injury and most importantly, help achieve better results.

The full collection of clothes and accessories will also be available to buy on the newly-launched Life Style Sports website and e-shop.

To ensure customers get expert advice on the technical benefits behind different products, Life Style Sports has also introduced Fitness Product Experts in stores.

Their role will be to advise customers on the correct clothing and footwear to wear for each sport and why it’s important to do so, whether you’re training for outdoor running, bootcamp, as well as in-door disciplines like gym classes or weight training.

Life Style Sports Fitness Product Experts will be in stores from Thursday to Saturday until the end of February.
