Irish label Charlotte and Jane has introduced some beautiful new dress styles for autumn/winter 2013.
The designing duo, comprising Charlotte Cargin and Jane Skovgaard, have added eight new designs to their retro-inspired collection.
The new additions are extremely covetable for the party season ahead, and since each dress is made-to-order, you will need to be quick to secure your bespoke number!
The dresses are designed and produced in Ireland, using an extensive range of Irish fabrics, including wool, linen and tweed which are sourced from local mills in Donegal, Wexford and Kerry.
We love the Sybil wool dress (pictured top, €289), which has a striking stand-up neckline which can be worn in a number of ways. It has a midi-length and is available in an array of fabrics and colours.
Another stunner is the Camilla dress (€335), a sophisticated duchess style number with faux fur detailing and wide statement collar.
The Marlena wool dress (€289) invokes the spirit of the 1940s, with its key hole neckline and figure-hugging fit.
A little more formal is the silk Lillyanna cocktail dress (€312) which features a draped, off the shoulder collar and side slit.
All Charlotte & Jane designs are available to view and purchase online at www.charlotteandjane.com. Each dress is made to order to each client’s exact measurements by Charlotte & Jane’s Cork and Kerry seamstresses and delivered within four weeks.
