The Irish once again dazzled on the red carpet last night, as the Virgin Media British Academy Television Awards took place at The Royal Festival Hall in London.
Celebrating the best of British television, the star-studded ceremony welcomed some of TV's biggest names including Killing Eve's Jodie Comer and Sex Education's Ncuti Gatwa.
Particularly stunning, however, was our own Nicola Coughlan, star of Derry Girls and Bridgerton. Fresh off the red carpeted steps of the Met Gala, where she turned heads in a custom Richard Quinn ensemble, Coughlan looked impeccable in another romantic gown.

Styled by Aimée Croysdill, the Galway gal wore a voluminous pink gown by Valentino Haute Couture, featuring a wide skirt, fitted bodice and off-the-shoulder neckline accented with oversized bows.
She accessorised her look with stunning jewels from Messika Paris, including a shimmering double ring and an eye-catching ear cuff that poked out through her blonde locks, which were styled to perfection by Halley Brisker.

Her makeup was done by Neil Young using all Pat McGrath products to create a feline and romantic look. He paired shimmering pink eyeshadow with a drawn-out smokey wing and an understated nude pink lipstick to complete the look.

Elsewhere on the red carpet, Aisling Bea stunned in an equally bold ensemble, choosing a cobalt blue "cascading beauty of a dress" by Preen by Thornton Bregazzi. The chic gown featured layers of ruffles in sheer blue chiffon, as well as structured shoulders and a cinched in waist.
Bea has strived to make each red carpet appearance a sustainable fashion moment, and this was no different, as she enlisted friends and professionals who know their stuff when it comes to being green. Writing about her look on Instagram, she explained that her friend Narad Kutowaroo actually did her hair.
Inspired by a pair of Alighieri Jewellery Bea wears all the time, the pair created a romantic up-do with gold ropes weaved through it, for a modern Grecian look.
