Donegal woman Jessica Harkin joined Jennifer Zamparelli on RTÉ 2FM to share her story of being kicked off Tinder for being dressed up as a clown.

Donegal woman Jessica Harkin - also known as Kazoo the Clown - was recently booted off the dating app for posting photos of herself in her work gear.

First things first, though, Jen wanted to know how the 25-year-old was fairing with matches while dressed as her alter ego.

"I think I got more matches as a clown than I did in my normal attire," laughed Jessica. "I think people were matching for the craic just to see what was going on."

Moving on to the crux of the matter, Jessica told Jennifer that her dating profile was banned from the app with representatives at Tinder claiming that she had broken their community guidelines.

Although they wouldn't give Jessica any more specifics, her story was quickly picked up by various publications including The New York Post. In response, Tinder told the press that Jessica's profile was banned as it was being used for advertising, despite the fact that she had no links attached to her account.

Thankfully, the singleton has since had her profile reinstated and is swiping away for her other half.
