Meghan Markle's royal style really came into its own once autumn hit. From bold colour pairings and sharp suits, to tonal separates and cosy knits, the former actress always knows how to elevate a look in chilly weather, and that hasn't stopped since she's moved Stateside once again.

The Suits actress has been active since relocating to Los Angeles with her husband Prince Harry and song Archie, lending her voice to many causes, from voter registration campaigns to conferences on women and representation.

Her sunnier home is clearly having an effect on her wardrobe, as in recent months we've seen the stylish Duchess in everything from loose and flowy linen trousers and sun hats, to embroidered sundresses and sleek tailoring.

She turned out another flawless look in a surprise appearance last week, tuning into America's Got Talent via video to congratulate one of the show's finalists.

Markle sent a message of support to Archie Williams, a finalist who had spent decades in prison for a crime he didn't commit. "I just wanted to let you know that we have been so moved by your story and we have been cheering you on every week and it's not just because we are partial to the name", she said in the video message.

"So a very special message to you that I'll probably be saying all of my life but on this night, it is specifically for you. Archie, we are proud of you, and we are rooting for you, and we can't wait to see what you do. We are in your corner. Have a good night."

Markle looked stunning in a sleek and glamorous autumnal outfit, wearing a rich honey-toned silk button down shirt by Victoria Beckham, a favourite of hers. The shirt, costing €670, featured contrasting black buttons and long loose sleeves, which the Duchess wore rolled up loosely to her elbows.

She paired this with black leather trousers, a staple for autumn, that contrasted perfectly with the shimmering texture of her blouse. She finished her look with a selection of gold bangles and a watch, as well as a small gold pendant necklace.

She also seemed to debut a lighter hair colour, her usually raven locks now a richer shade of mahogany and worn pulled into a loose bun, with waved tendrils framing her face. As always, her makeup was kept clean and simple, with a subtle smokey eye and a rosy nude lipstick.
