This is a database of a little-known expense payment called the special secretarial allowance, which is claimed almost exclusively by government ministers.
More than €1 million was paid out by the Oireachtas in the period between the last election and the end of 2014, with sixty per cent of the money spent on ‘public relations’.
Scroll down to the database where you can search by politician, party and by the name of the company or individual who was paid from the scheme, or click here to read the full RTÉ Investigations Unit report on the allowance.
