Few would argue that the run-up to Christmas can be arduous and most of the emotional labour falls to women in many houses. This isn't a new phenomenon and it's why Nollaig na mBan exists, as a day for women to kick back and be appreciated.

· Catherine O'Keeffe, Ireland's first menopause coach who often speaks, but uniquely, for her TEDxWomen talk, she shares her very intimate, very personal Menopause journey with the women of Ireland.
· Sally Murphy, from welltold.ie, tells a lovely story of her Granny who worked for Douglas Hyde, and continued her work on the Mary Robinson election campaign, and how that influenced Sallys life journey.
· Then Rachel Reidy who Heads up the Allbright operation in Ireland, will talk about returning to Dublin after 20 years in London and the theme of kindness and community of Irish women, in helping her get connected with who she needed to know.
· Susannah Healy will talk about her ideas on women's role in designing The Future of Work
