Rafferty's money problems are front and centre in Sunday's Fair City on RTÉ One and the RTÉ Player.
The developer tells employee - and investor - Damien: "Our only hope is to sell units from the plans - fast."
"Until that money comes in, we've to cut costs," Rafferty continues.
