Speaking about her new song, she says, "Breathe Into Me is a song about the revival of a broken creative spirit.

"It's been a really tough time out there for everybody over the last couple of years and for me, it definitely did change my view on a number of things.

"There were a few demons to battle and so this song is an autobiography of the recent times experienced. It's influenced by hues of dark pop merged with upbeat rock. I hope it ignites your spirit as much as it did mine!"

Tell us three things about yourself?

I have a big heart that I wear on my sleeve, I try my best to find opportunities to empower and promote equality (particularly focused on supporting those who identify as women in the creative industries) and I think plant-based food is the best!!

How would you describe your music?

Energetic, bold and dynamic alternative rock laced with pop sensibilities?

Who are your musical inspirations?

Hmmm... it's difficult to say! I suppose I have quite an eclectic taste and it depends on my mood. I also find myself inspired more by individual songs that I felt resonated with me or that were fantastically crafted, so at the moment I’m feeling quite inspired by the epic tunes provided by TigerCub, DIIV, PVRIS and Nine Inch Nails.

What was the first gig you ever went to and the first record you ever bought/downloaded?

Hahah! My first gig was in the Odyssey Arena Belfast when I was... 8ish with my grandmother, mother and sisters seeing Westlife!!! The first ever record bought on CD was Busted’s self-titled debut... but the first vinyl I bought a little later was Nirvana’s Nevermind.

What’s your favourite song right now?

Right now, Tigercub - IWGFU! Sooooo good!

Favourite lyric of all time?

This is a tough one... changes all the time but I do really love Daughter’s lyrics - so maybe Smother.

If you could only listen to one song for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Hmmm.... Teardrop by Massive Attack! Genuine classic for me!!
