Roscommon actor Chris O'Dowd and television presenter Dawn O'Porter are celebrating the birth of their second child, a baby boy named Valentine O'Porter, who was born nearly two weeks ago.

The high-profile Boyle actor, who opts to keep his family life out of the spotlight, announced the news on Wednesday night on Twitter and cheekily joked about the price of nappies.
We had a baby boy last week. Woohoo! His nappy expenses are ridiculous, so this baby is going 'Cheep'. #DadJoke #Valentine pic.twitter.com/QFRR3kqoHa

O'Dowd also has a number of movies in the works including Vincent Van Gogh biopic Loving Vincent and the sci-fi thriller Cloverfield Movie.
Also on the way for the busy actor is Molly's Game, the directorial debut of The West Wing creator Aaron Sorkin. It stars Jessica Chastain and is based on the true story of a former skier whose underground poker games attract the interest of the FBI.
