Six Nations Rugby, 2.00pm (Ireland v France, kick-off 5.00pm, RTÉ Two)
Live coverage from the Aviva stadium as Declan Kidney’s Ireland host Philippe Saint-Andre’s France. Last year’s Six Nations clash between the two nations was a hard-fought 17-17 draw in Paris, a rare stalemate after the initial match had to be postponed because of sub-zero temperatures in the French capital. We have not beaten France since February 2009, and that 31-20 victory is their only triumph against Les Bleus in 13 attempts. The Scotland v Wales encounter at Murrayfield is first up (Kick-off 2.30pm) and Ireland v France (Kick-off 5.00pm). Tom McGurk is joined by Brent Pope, George Hook and Shane Horgan (pictured below) with Bernard Jackman at pitchside for this exciting live Six Nations double bill.
