Coronation Street's Natalie Gumede has hinted that trouble may brew between her character of Kirsty and the character of Fiz over the coming months.
The actress, who plays fiery Kirsty, spoke to Digital Spy at the TV Choice Awards last night and said her feud with Tina (Michelle Keegan) is "long from over".
Gumede said "there's definitely more to come with Kirsty and Tina but I think perhaps you should look out a little bit more for Kirsty and Fiz (Jenny McAlpine). That might be the next one to watch".
Speaking about the birth of her character's daughter, which viewers saw on screen recently, Gumede spoke about Kirsty as a mother.
"She's very in love with her daughter... but I don't think it tames her.
"I think there's a bit of a false dawn with Kirsty and Tyrone (Alan Halsall) for a short time, where they think everything may be okay" Gumede explained, "but ultimately the problems that she has are still underneath and they'll come to the fore [again]".
