Holly Willoughby has revealed that she may resort to Botox in a bid to maintain her youthful looks.

The 31-year-old presenter told Look magazine: "Never say never. One day, I imagine. I’d be lying if I said I wouldn’t."

The Voice UK star added about surgical treatments: "If you want to go and have a little something done to make yourself feel better, good for you. But there’s a limit. These things get addictive.’

Willoughby also revealed that she is suffering the effects of aging, saying: "I definitely notice it. After a night on white wine, I wake up looking 10 years older.

"I swear by 100 per cent agave tequila. Agave’s a natural antihistamine, so you don’t get that bloating or redness the next day, and you don’t feel hungover."

Having celebrated her fifth wedding anniversary to TV producer Dan Baldwin, the presenter said of their marriage: "You have to work at marriage, but it shouldn’t be hard work. I’m lucky that Dan and I were friends first.

"And we work in the same industry, so we both know how important it is that we get time on our own to do fun stuff.

"He makes me laugh more than anyone I’ve ever met. I think going through life on your own is quite tough and it’s just amazing to have that person."
