Boyband The Wanted have branded Christina Aguilera "quite rude" after she appeared to snub them during an appearance on the American version of talent show The Voice last week.
The group said their excitement at hitting the stage in front of show mentors Aguilera, Adam Levine, Blake Shelton and Cee-Lo Green was marred by the cold reception they received from the Dirrty star, who appeared to be unimpressed by their performance of new single Chasing the Sun.
Tom Parker of The Wanted later told New York radio station Now FM: "She just sat there and didn't speak to us. Wouldn't even look at us."
Parker was backed up by bandmate Siva Kaneswaran, who claimed Aguilera was "quite rude", while Max George said: "(Aguilera) was a bit scary, to be honest."
George insisted their experience on The Voice paled in comparison to their recent visit to the American Idol studios, where he managed to sneak a kiss from show judge Jennifer Lopez.
"J.Lo's hot, Christina's nothing special!" he said.
