The actor has revealed that he used his one-phone-call privilege after being arrested to call his mom.
The 50-year-old actor found himself behind bars Friday, along with his father, Nick, and other former members of Congress, after they crossed police lines at the Sudanese Embassy protesting the humanitarian crisis in Sudan.
When a reporter asked who got the call from the police station, Clooney laughed and responded, "My mom. Something never changes."
And while Clooney has said he found the experience of being arrested "humiliating," he told NBC's Ann Curry, he seems to have kept a good sense of humour about it saying, "It was really rough, you can imagine."
