Anne Hathaway and fiancé Adam Shulman have made their first public appearance since becoming engaged last week.
The couple attended the Kennedy Center Honorees Gala in Washington over the weekend, where Hathaway was supporting her Devil Wears Prada co-star Meryl Streep.
Two-time Oscar winner, Streep, was being honoured for her contribution to American culture and other guests included Emily Blunt and Marchesa designer Georgina Chapman.
