Hugh Jackman has joked in a recent interview to promote his new action film Real Steel, that his wife is “always upset with me if I'm in really good shape!”
The 42-year-old Australian said that his wife of 15 years, Deborra-Lee Furness, thinks that he shouldn't look "better" than her!
In an interview with News.com.au, the actor, who gained a reported 14kg to play boxing promoter Charlie Kenton in the film, said: "Overall, Deb would say to me my job is to be out of shape so that she can look as good as possible.
"So she's always upset with me if I'm in really good shape.
"She's like, 'I think you're forgetting the contract of marriage - ultimately everything is about me looking better, so enough with the training.'"

He added that 55-year-old Furness prefers him when he's not too ripped: "Let me give you a little insight into my wife.
"I met her on a prison drama where I had tats all over my body and a mullet, and that turned her on. She likes the bad boys."
