Pop queen Madonna has announced the release date of her 12th studio album.
The 53-year-old confirmed that the lead single from the highly anticipated record will be unveiled in either February or March with the album set to be unleashed in the spring.
Speaking to Swedish TV at the Venice Film Festival, where she is currently promoting her directorial debut W.E., the Celebration singer said: "I've started a little bit of work in the studio.
"And then when I go back to New York until the end of the year I'll be recording."
